Document access
Material opens in tiers, and permission attaches to a person.
Documents are not published to an audience. They go to a named person, for a named document, until a stated date, and every opening is logged.
§15.1Document access
The tiers
| Tier | What it contains | What it requires |
|---|---|---|
| Public | The group, the sectors, the stage each has reached, the investor process. | Nothing. Read it before making contact. |
| On request | Group presentation and opportunity summaries: what a venture does and its risk. | A profile and an initial suitability review. |
| Under agreement | Commercial and financial detail, contracts, governance terms, draft documentation. | A signed non-disclosure agreement and a permission per document. |
| Restricted | Material for structures that limit who may lawfully receive it. | Qualified-investor status, evidenced through the required verification. |
§15.2Document access
How a permission works
- Granted per document and per person. One document grants nothing else.
- Every grant carries an expiry and lapses on its own.
- A permission is withdrawn when an opportunity changes or closes.
- Every opening and download is logged with the document version.
- Authorisation runs on the server. Editing a link reveals nothing.
§15.3Document access
What access does not include
- No standing access across the pipeline.
- No transfer of access to a colleague or partner.
- No release of controlled material on an email request alone.
Request material
Ask for the document, not for everything.
If the material cannot be released to you yet, we name the missing condition rather than leave the request unanswered.
