Verified sourcing and traceability layer for precious metals
Buyers increasingly need documented provenance. This concept builds the verification, assay and record-keeping layer first, before any processing or retail step.
Managed student living, underwritten on occupancy
Turvex already places students and handles their arrival. This concept converts that demand signal into managed accommodation with a measured occupancy pipeline rather than a speculative purchase.
Consolidated mobility service hub
Sales, rental, maintenance, parts and fleet support share the same customers and the same premises today, but not the same systems. The concept consolidates them under one booking and service record.
Investor reporting and project-control system
The portal and data room WGS runs for its own investors. The concept under assessment is whether it becomes a product for other operating groups with the same reporting problem.
Widening the Turvex student-year platform
Turvex serves students through admission, arrival, residence and daily life. This concept extends the same relationship into language, translation and digital tools already requested by students.
Evizo business accounts
Evizo currently serves mostly individual requests. The question under study is whether recurring business accounts justify a separate operating structure.
