Scoping
A quote is written after the job is seen, so the price does not move mid-work.
Sector · Operating company
Evizo is one operating company inside WGS, not the group itself. It takes a request, prices it, delivers it through verified providers and answers for the result.
A sector is not one business. Each stage below has its own economics and its own failure mode, and WGS states its position at every one rather than implying end-to-end ownership.

Evizo quotes a job, then buys the work at a price it negotiates. The margin is the difference, and it holds only if the scope was read correctly.
Repeat work makes the model worth running. A job delivered badly is paid for twice: once in rectification, once in the customer who does not return.

Providers are checked before use and dropped when the work stops matching the file.
03
A job closes when the client says it is finished, not when the provider leaves.
Business accounts are under assessment
Corporate accounts with standing terms are being assessed, not sold. Companies are served today on the same job-by-job basis as everyone else.
Agreed service levels and a billing process before any account is opened.
Every WGS project passes the same seven gates. Nothing reaches an investor as investable before legal and compliance clear it at G3.
G6 · Operate & report
Is performance visible to the people who funded it?
Cannot pass without
Scheduled reporting, milestone tracking and a live risk register.
An opportunity becomes visible to investors only after G3.
Ticket sizes, targets and terms are published only after legal and compliance review clears them.
