Operating model
Ideas come from inside companies that already serve customers. Each passes a fixed sequence of gates, and capital is invited only after legal review clears the structure.
A venture cannot skip a gate. Most stop at G1. Nothing reaches an investor before G3.
A demand signal is written down with a named owner and a date.
Demand, unit economics, suppliers and licensing are tested. Most ideas end here.
Entity, ownership, supply, revenue mechanics, capital and timeline are fixed. Models stay internal.
A hard stop. A venture that has not cleared G3 is not shown to an investor.
Access is controlled, the venture is built, and reporting follows a fixed schedule.

What the entity owns, how revenue is earned, and who decides what.

Investor systems, project control and business intelligence, in a vertical still in development.
A gate that never stops anything is not a gate. Most of what the group originates does not survive G1.
The purpose of the sequence is disqualification, not promotion.
