Group structure
Four layers, each with one job.
A parent that governs, operating companies that run the business, project companies that hold each large project, and technology underneath all of them.

Relationships between companies
- TurvexManaged student housingStudent demand · In placeTurvex already places students and manages their arrival; the housing concept is built on that demand.
- TurvexEducation instituteLanguage & preparation needs · In placeTurvex students already bring these needs; whether an institute is justified has not been studied.

§01.1.2Parent layer
What the parent does, and only the parent.
WGS does not run the day-to-day of each company. It holds the eight responsibilities that must sit above them.
- 01
Strategy
Decides which sectors and projects belong in the group, and which do not.
- 02
Capital allocation
Releases capital in tranches, and only against conditions that are met and evidenced.
- 03
Risk management
Keeps one risk register across every company and project.
- 04
Governance
Sets decision rights, the investment committee and the disclosure rules.
- 05
Investor relations
One channel for passports, questions, meetings and reports.
- 06
Technology & data
Runs the platform, the evidence ledger and the data every company reports into.
- 07
Audit & performance
Compares plan with actual and flags variance before it becomes a surprise.
- 08
Corporate development
Assesses partnerships and acquisitions through the same gates as any project.
§01.1.3Operating companies
Each sector keeps its own identity, systems, budget and reports.
The table states what exists today. Separate budgets and audited reports per company are a requirement, published only once they exist.
| Sector | Exists today | Own identity | Own systems | Own budget | Own reports |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Automotive Active vertical | Activity with customers | Independent brand, name pending verification | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published |
| Gold & Jewelry Under assessment | Not yet — under assessment | None until approved | Not before approval | Not before approval | Not before approval |
| Education & Student Services Operating company | Operating company · Turvex | Own platform | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published |
| Maintenance, Renovation & Contracting Operating company | Operating company · Evizo | Own platform | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published | Required, not yet published |
Separate accounts for each company (strategy decisions 5 and 8) sit in the verification queue. No figure is shown before audit.
§01.1.4Project companies (SPVs)
A large project gets its own company or project account.
The form follows legal advice. The purpose is the same every time: an investor can see exactly where their money sits.

- Car fleet
- Education institute
- Real-estate development
- Import & distribution
Eight questions every project company must answer
- 01Where did my money go?
- 02Which project does it fund?
- 03What are my rights?
- 04What are the risks?
- 05Who manages it?
- 06How long does the project run?
- 07How do I exit?
- 08What happens if it is delayed or fails?
§01.1.5Technology layer
The engine under every company, not a fifth sector.
Technology is what lets the group see every project the same way.
- Opportunity analysis
- Project monitoring
- Risk forecasting
- Investor relations
- Report automation
- Cash-flow analysis
- Document management
- Performance monitoring
- Customer service

§01.1.6Legal structure
Registered entity details

Requires: registry extract, an ownership chart signed off by counsel, and a legal opinion on each project vehicle.
